So so grateful for your post!! This is how I feel during 50% of nursing sessions. I also have high motility anyway, so I suffer from urgency a lot, but I was wondering if oxytocin might be responsible for the urges during breast feeding. I hope more research gets done in this field but I deeply appreciate you posting your experience and findings!

Wow this is me with very early morning feedings has happened a few times now and I also have to put baby down and rush to the Loo 🫣
